COMPLAINTS FOR GOODS
1. If you want to complain about goods from the e-shop or purchased in person, you need to deliver them to us.
2. First, prepare two important documents - the invoice you received when you received the goods and the complaint_form_www.MALKY.eu_2023. Put the mentioned documents in the package together with the complained goods.
3. Pack the shipment carefully so that it does not get damaged during transport. Before packing the goods, clean and wash them. Shoes should ideally be washed at 30°.
4. Send the package by registered or standard mail to the address of our complaints department listed below. Unfortunately, none of us can accept the COD shipment at the given address, so it would be returned to you undelivered.

5. Our complaints department colleagues will inform you about the evaluation of the complaint and further steps within 30 days at the latest, by SMS or e-mail.
6. The warranty applies to manufacturing or material defects, it does not apply to wear and tear of the product due to use.
7. Venturelli SHOES - Generally speaking - if the shoes are brand new and visibly worn, there is a high probability that the complaint will be accepted. It can be recognized by the wear of the sole and the condition of the shoe upper. For shoes that are more used and for which it still makes sense to repair, we can arrange for a repair, either at the buyer's expense or at the seller's expense.
