Procedure for returning and exchanging goods
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. After withdrawing from the purchase contract, you must send back the purchased item within 14 days of this withdrawal.
Inform us about the withdrawal from the contract by e-mail at info@malky.eu

After 14 days, it is also possible to agree on an exchange for unused goods.

Pack the goods for return or exchange and deliver them to our warehouse.

2. Send the goods to the address by other transport DPD, PPL, ….:

Send the parcel without cash on delivery. Together with the goods, send the date and number of the invoice, or order and the account number to which you request to send the money.
