Procedure for returning and exchanging goods
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving a reason. After withdrawing from the purchase contract, you must return the purchased item within 14 days of this withdrawal.

1. Pack the shipment

2. Take the shipment to the nearest Zásilkovna location - https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky

3. Or send the goods to the address:

Send the shipment without cash on delivery. Send the date and number of the invoice or order and the account number to which you want to send the money.
